Error description

• When validating the output document from a map set to generate
  XSLT, a 'Class not found' exception may occur under certain
  conditions.  Specifically, if a map contains a target element
  that is casted to one without a defined namespace, this
  validation error may be experienced. The cause is the result of
  the generated XSLT, which incorrectly creates xsi:type attribute
  information on the target element within the output document.
  The result is that the specific type of the produced target
  element cannot be found during validation.

  All users of IBM Graphical Data Mapper V1.0 who have casted a
  target element to one without a defined namespace and have set
  the map to generate XSLT.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  Within a map, if there is a target casted element that has no
  namespace, the generated XSLT incorrectly defines a
  non-qualified xsi:type attribute. This results in a validation
  error on the transformed output document which causes a 'Class
  not found' exception at runtime.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM Graphical Data Mapper V1.0 will be modified so that the map
  XSLT generator will identify cases when a target casted element
  does not define a namespace and when such situations are found,
  no xsi:type attribute information will be created.
