Error description
.NET client applications using Websphere MQ client V7.0.1.9 trigger an FDC with following details: Probe Id : DN729001 Application Name : MQM Component : MQTSH.Initialize(MQLONG,MQBYTE,MYBYTE,MQ SCCS Info : -lib/dotnet/pc/winnt/nmqi/MQTSH.cs, 1.2.1.3 Major ErrorCode : rrcE_BAD_PARAMETER Minor ErrorCode : OK Probe Type : INCORROUT Probe Severity : 2 Probe Description AMQ6125 : Internal Websphere MQ error Comment1 : Tsh not padded to a 4-byte boundary The application doesn't receive a return code but the FDC file grows quickly.
Local fix
Set SHARECNV=0 in the appropriate svrconn channel definition.
Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: Users running WMQ .Net Managed Client applications at v 7.0.1.9, 7.1.0.0 or 7.5.0.0 or later. Platforms affected: Windows **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: The Managed .net client sometimes constructed data buffers that were not an exact multiple of 4 in length. The FDC is issued when this is detected.
Problem conclusion
