• Archived versions of files are not included in an error report
  if the current version of the file either doesn't exist or has a
   size of 0 bytes.

Problem summary

• Affected may be customers who generate an error report.
  
  Error report might omit some archived files if the current file
  does not exist or is zero bytes in length.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is available in 4.0.1.16, 4.0.2.12 and  5.0.0.6
