Error description

• After applying the 3.6.0.1 fix pack to the GA release, users
  cannot execute run tasks unless the user account has
  IMPERSONATE privileges.

  Problem Description:
  Following application of fix pack 3.6.0.1, an OpenVMS user
  executing a process that launches a local RUN TASK must have
  IMPERSONATE privileges.
  Platforms Affected:
  AXP, I64
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  IMPERSONATE privileges are not required to execute a local
  RUN TASK.
  This fix available on request. It will be included in future
  fix pack 3.6.0.2 (release date TBD).
  

Temporary fix

• Grant IMPERSONATE privileges to users needing to execute RUN
  TASKS.
