IC89591: ACCESSING RAID MIGHT CAUSE LATENCY AFTER A LONG PERIOD OF INACTIVITY.
Fixes are available
Closed as program error.
Accessing raid might cause latency after long period of inactivity.
Prevent long periods of raid inactivity by configuring frequent log or file access.
Customers making use of RAID volume might observe noticeable delay when accessing RAID volume that is idle for a long period of time
Fix is available in 18.104.22.168. For 4.0.1 and 4.0.2, please upgrade to 22.214.171.124, then do a boot switch (roll back) to the previous firmware level. This is required as the fix is to a low level upgrade to the RAID controller component that requires the 5.0.0 firmware to complete the update. This fix will remain when the "boot switch" CLI or "Firmware Roll-Back" GUI is performed. Note: the roll back will restore the appliance to the state at the time of the upgrade to the 5.0.0 firmware except for this fix.
