IC89520: MYFILEGATEWAY EVENT DETAILS DOES NOT DISPLAY.

  All non-admin SI users cannot view Event Details in
  myFilegateway when using the Arrived File to display the "Event
  name" and "Value" pair columns. The window only shows "Loading
  data..." and does not actually display the values.
  
  We are missing a keyword 'ON' for the query,
  fetchOrgKeysForAFEvent: SELECT A.PROD_ORG_KEY, R.CONS_ORG_KEY
  FROM
  FG_ARRIVEDFILE A JOIN FG_ROUTE R JOIN FG_EVENT E ON

Problem summary

• Users Affected:
  Users of Filegateway that make myFilegateway available to
  partners, and using the oracle 11g database.
  
  Problem Description:
  Ordinary partners with access to myFilegateway can not view
  details about their routing events.  When they attempt to view
  the event details, the popup indicates that it is loading
  details - and never does anything after that.
  
  Platforms Affected:
  All using Oracle database
  

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  Changed SQL query that was technically incorrect (though it did
  work on other db platforms).  Also needed to make sure to trim
  spaces from values returned by the above query.
