Error description

• You are running Informix servers with Enterprise Replication
  configured. You noticed that the send queue starts growing on
  the source instance and that ER subsystem stopped reacting to
  cdr commands (for example, 'cdr stop' hung).
  
  You look at the onstat outputs and see that CDRGeval thread has
  mutex locked and is in lockwait state while the lock is being
  held by GCReq thread, which is waiting for the mutex that is
  locked by CDRGeval thread.
