Having many files and sub-directories on an appliance RAID may affect WEBGUI performance. This may happen in particular when writing many B2B Gateway transactions to the RAID without purging.
The user may use the CLI to remove the offending files/directories to resolve the issue.
The user was observing sluggish and unresponsive WebGui behavior, which occasionally resulted in the user being logged out of the web interface. This issue was occurring whenever a large number of files and sub-directories (hundreds) were present on the appliance RAID drive and was caused by a timeout while traversing the large number of files and folders in the file system. Fix will be available in a future major release.
