Error description
Problem in UI at "Business Processes - Monitor - Advanced Search - Correlation" Found a strange behavior with the correlation search. My first correlation search result is for instance. Business Process matches in Sterling B2B Integrator: 2 Document matches in Sterling B2B Integrator: 2 This is illustrated in screenshot 2. (note that the actual search criteria are irrelevant for the problem) If you click "2" then you get the "Monitor" with the 2 BP's listed as in screenshot 3. Then if you click on the first BP ID, you get the BP detail as in screenshot 4. But now if you click "Return" you do not go back to the previous screen as expected, the Monitor with the 2 items, but you get a Monitor page with much more items which are not the correlation search results. The issue is well documented in the attached screenshots. Proposed workaround: if you click "Return" twice from screen n. 4 then you will go back to the Correlation Search Results page, as in screen n. 2. The customer did not accept the proposed workaround with the following motivation: "No, I do not consider this as acceptable on the long run. We do not need this search often. If we did we could get accustomed to it. But so each of our rare tries results in the same question: What's that? Why is it working in such a strange way?
