APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When invoking a WESB module that includes a WSRR mediation
primitive (such as the Endpoint Lookup) for the first time
after a server start, users may experience an extended delay
when they have a complex topology. In addition the wstemp
directory may start to grow its content, which is not removed.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The code used to access the a WSRR repository needed to be
optimized to avoid delays when an MFC using such a repository
    was first called.
The wstemp directory would also grow.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was optimized to improve the performance when the MFC
    is started
