• On Windows 2012, using the Windows deduplication feature, during
  the systemstate backup, dedup
  reference data is additionally being backed up.

Problem conclusion

• System state backup discovery part has been updated to
  check component's type as well as writer's type before
  including data into a system state backup.
  

Temporary fix

• A fix for this problem is currently targeted for interim fix
  package 6.4.0.1. Until the interim fix is actually available
  this information is subject to change at the discretion of IBM.
