IC89309: SEVERE CONCURRENCY ISSUE, 154 ERRORS WITH TRANSACTION ON UPDATABLE SDS NODE THAT UPDATES THE SAME ROWS IN A TABLE TWICE

Error description

• If you have a transaction that updates the same rows in a table
  twice and you have several users that attempt to perform the
  same work, there is a significant performance problem that
  limits the number of times the transaction can complete after
  upgrading to 11.50.xC9 from 11.50.xC8W2.
  
  It appears you get as little as 1 of these transactions
  completing very 2-3 minutes compared to 11.50.FC8W2 where after
  my initial start up that's very blocked up (so 60 seconds or so
  of nothing)...once the 1st set of errors pop out, it completes
  at least a couple of transactions per second.
