After user created a new pattern type they attempted to delete it. An error 500 is returned from the delete action. Log contains: CWZIP1962E The requested operation cannot be accomplished because the state of the resource is not compatible with the operation.

Problem summary
There was an issue found in the pattern type services management code which is executed during a pattern type delete operation.
Problem conclusion
The pattern type code was updated to fix the pattern type delete operation issue.
