Error description

• When the control message for the located aggregation to
  consolidate with is also on the timeout queue, the unknown reply
  under
  process gets stored back to the unknown queue for main
  aggregation control timeout thread to process it. CCSID on the
  properties gets
  reset during this process.

  All users of WebSphere Message Broker using the Aggregation
  nodes.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When processing an unknown reply in the AggregateReply Node,
  if there is a message on the timeout queue for this
  aggregation then the CCSID of the unknown reply can be reset.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker has been modified to restore the
  original CCSID of the unknown reply under these circumstances.
