Error description
When a broker's queue manager is migrated from WMQ 7.0.1 to either WMQ 7.1 or 7.5, the WMQ system service on Windows can change names. The new service name contains the WMQ installation name. The broker's system service on Windows is set up to depend on the WMQ system service at broker creation. If the service name changes as a result of queue manager migration, the broker's system service will depend on an invalid system service and it will be unable to start. A BIP8028E message will be presented to the user when mqsistart is run.

The broker's system service will continue to depend on the old name of the WebSphere MQ system service. Since the old name no longer exists, the dependency is broken and the broker's system service is unable to start. A BIP8028E message will be presented to the user when mqsistart is run.
