  • Virtual system deployments are failing. The deployment history
shows an error:

   Unexpected HTTP status 404 for GET on {deployment job
   resource uri here}

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • The underlying code accessing the database was reusing threads
and some of these threads were using a stale reference to the
database manager.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The code was updated so that the database manager reference is
reset to prevent this problem from occurring.
