Error description

• When the debugger is enabled for an execution group, the time
  taken for deployment of certain runtime artifacts can be
  impacted. This can be seen to occur when the user deploys
  large/complex XML or DFDL schemas to an execution group.
  The problem occurs because the JVM JIT compiler is unnecessarily
  disabled when the debugger is enabled.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  When the debug port (the jvmDebugPort property of the
  ComIbmJVMManager object) is set to a non-zero value to enable
  flow debug using the WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit, the
  execution group JVM is configured to start in debug mode. The
  JVM debug mode options used at V8.0.0.0/V8.0.0.1 disable the
  JIT, which can impact deployment times of large/complex XML or
  DFDL schemas and other artifacts. However, disabling the JIT
  is unnecessary and not recommended at the JVM level supplied
  with WebSphere Message Broker.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker has been modified so that the
  recommended JVM debug mode options are used.
