Error description

• In the case of hard failover, a multi-instance standby broker
  sometimes kills a non-DFE process if the pid matches with the
  DFE process on the active broker, and later throws BIP2804.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  In the case of hard failover, a multi-instance standby broker
  sometimes kills a non-DFE process if the pid matches with the
  DFE process on the active broker, and later throws BIP2804.
  
  The same problem may also occur in the case of an operating
  system crash if the pid of the DataFlowEngine matches with any
  of the processes started after recovery.
  

Problem conclusion

• WebSphere Message Broker has been modified to check the
  process command line if it finds a process with a pid matching
  the one of the DataFlowEngine process on the active machine,
  or before a crash.
