APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In a case where the FastBack server restarts before a
    successfully taken snapshot record is passed from the
    inprogress.txt file to the history.txt file, Fastback Server
    will try to move the record of the successful snapshot, but it
    will wrongly remove the job from table index. As a result,
    subsequent FastBack cleanup fails on this volume chain with
    FBSS7550E and FBSS7551E errors. FastBack Server technician log
