Error description
Attempted to connect IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for WebSphere (ITCAMWAS) to IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) for a virtual application which is deployed before ITCAMWAS and ITM shared service. After clicking on the Start of Application Monitoring for application-was.WAS operation, the operation result was successful, but the ITCAMWAS is never connected to ITM.
