Error description

• If client data are stored on volumes from multiple storage pools
  (primary and copy storage pool), during a restore, the server
  will try to pick the best volumes to restore from. If the data
  to be restored reside on a volume that is already mounted, the
  server will pick that volume as the best candidate. However, if
  this volume is already in use by some other operations, the
  server will wait for this volume to become available, or trying
  to preempt that operation. This function can be improved such
  that it will resort to the other volumes that have these data
  available, rather than preempting or waiting for this volume to
  become available.
