Add XC10 support to the DataPower URL opener. The XC10 appliance must be running XC10 firmware level 2.1.0.2 or higher.

Problem summary
Affected are customers using both the XC10 and DataPower appliances. This APAR adds XC10 support to the DataPower URL opener and requires that the XC10 appliance be running XC10 firmware V2.1.0.2 or higher.
Problem conclusion
The fix is available in 5.0.0.4.
