Error description

  • Firmware: PureApplication 1.0.0.1
    
    User reported that the IPAS system console became disconnected.
    After about 5 minutes the system console was recovered.
    
    Investigation of the event discovered an error:
    
    CWZIP9001E Unexpected internal error Command:GlobalException
    occured
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem was caused by a timing difference between error
    detection code in the PureSystems Management code and the Chasis
    Management Module code.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The time interval for the CMM and PureSystems Management code
    was updated to improve syncronization.
