Error description
The Configuration Manager does not shutdown when using the stopCM.sh command. Nothing gets log to indicate that the shutdown command made it the the SSPcm server. Need better feedback to standard output when incorrect password is provided.

Problem summary
Unable to stop CM without using kill command The Customer ran the stopCM.sh command, but the CM did not come down and no indication was given why. The utility prompted for the system passphrase, admin id and password, then ended with no message. The utility had a deficiency that if the admin userid/password was not correct, it silently ended.
Problem conclusion
Updated the shutdown logic in the utility to return better diagnostics in case of a connection failure or an authentication failure. Also, give positive feedback when the CM has successfully been told to shut down.
