Error description

• tpc documentation still contains references to the universal
  agent which is no longer supported. the documentation needs to
  be corrected. see for example this infocenter reference:

Local fix

• disregard references to the tpc universal agent for tpc 5.1.

Problem conclusion

• Documentation has been updated to remove the suggested
  references to the no longer supported universal agent.  The
  updates will be available in the TPC 5.1.1 Information Center.
  That is expected to be available in December 2012.
