Error description

• FBDisk.sys may cause Windows system down by BSoD with STOP:
  0x00000050 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA.
  The following messages is shown on the screen.

  The problem could have happened due to hardware (hard disk)
  failure at customer's computer.
  
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions affected:
  FastBack Client 6.1 for all supported Windows platform

  The code has failed in "incremental after restart" portion of
  code, when trying to update internal driver bitmap with location
  of intercepted write.  Looks like hard disk has suddenly
  disappeared (i.e. disconnected) which led to device removal
  (DiskFltRemoveDevice) and to deletion of that buffer.

Local fix

• Do not disconnect fixed disks from FastBack Client machine
  during power-on state.
