Error description
A client application fails to connect to MQ 7.1 or 7.5 with NOT_AUTHORIZED error when SVRCONN channel uses a channel authentication record. This problem occurs only when the client chooses AuthenticationType MQCSP_AUTH_USER_ID_AND_PWD. Problem conclusion
