  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • PX records in C:D/Plex do not have message id.  Need unique
message ids for JOIN and LEAVE so that Sterling Control Center
can report when a Plex Server goes down and comes up.

Problem summary

  • Description of issue:  Control Center isn't collecting PX,
Connect:Direct/Plex Leave or Join, statistics records from
monitored Connect:Direct z/OS servers.

Problem conclusion

  • Description of fix: Updated the statRecordIds file to specify PX
statistics records should be "used."

Temporary fix

  • Awaiting customer fix verification.
