Problem summary

• When a number of messages are processed at the same time then a
  ConcurrentModificationException may be seen.  This exception
  will be generated in the LightweightFlowRegistry code.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was modified such that methods in the
  LightweightFlowRegistry were protected from this CME.
  
  This code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix
