Error description

• During the configuring instance portion of the upgrade there
  was a SQL5055C error while cataloging the database. DB2 and the
  Tivoli Storage Manager server components were all install
  successfully.
  
  Failure message:
  SQL5055C  The content of the database configuration file is not
  valid.
  
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:  6.1, 6.2, and 6.3
