  documentation, and not scattered among various components. it
  must cover all platforms. it must also include a planning

Problem conclusion

• Created and updated some existing information center topics that
  contain the requirements to create passwords. The topics can be
  found in the "Planning for Configuration" section of
  the TPC information center.  These will be available in the TPC
  5.1.1 information center - target December 2012.
