Error description

• A Tivoli Storage Manager BACKUP NODE command with the TOC=YES
  option specified might fail for Netapp or IBM N-Series filers
  with a message like:
  
  ANR4941E The server is unable to translate the Unicode name
    while building table of contents for node <node>,
    file space <filespace>,
    Unicode name <unicodename> node identifier <node identifier>,
    parent node identifier <parent node identifier>.
    Table of contents creation fails.
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics
  A server trace with the TOCBUILD and UNICODE traces enabled
  will report the following:
  
   [1111][tocbuild.c][3526][TestUnixNameforUTF8]:See if filer's
  unix string is UTF-8
   [1111][psxpg.c][761][psIconv]:iconv failed, errno=7 (Argument
  list too long).
    <== This is the key to the new error is that iconv fails with
  errno 7.
  
   [1111][psxpg.c][1357][psConvertStr]:Failure 4 converting string
  from source UTF-8 to target UTF-8.
   [1111][psxpg.c][1361][psConvertStr]: Failing byte offset in src
  is 8. First two failed characters in source: E8  8C.
   [1111][tocbuild.c][3538][TestUnixNameforUTF8]:conversion from
  UTF-8 to UTF-8 failed rc=9.
   [1111][tocbuild.c][736][tocProcessNdmpMessage]:TestUnixNnamefor
  UTF8 test failed, rc=18, ndmpNodeId=0:1393580,
  ndmpParentId=0:1393571
   [1111][psxpg.c][1099][psConvertStr]:Handling to/from hex
  conversion.
