IC86424: TPC 5.1 MINIMUM MEMORY REQUIREMENT SHOULD BE ENFORCED AT 8GB

Error description

• customer was trying to install tpc 5.1 on aix 6.1 lpar with
  4.8gb memory and failed with a nullpointer exception. they
  increased memory to 8gb and installed successfully. our doc says
  you can install with 4gb but will receive a warning. it appears
  that in this case it is NOT true. both the product installer AND
  the product documentation (infocenter, install/config guide,
  etc.) should be revised to require and ENFORCE by terminating
  the install process a minimum of 8gb memory.
  

Local fix

• increase memory to 8gb or more to avoid install failures.
