Error description

• Memory growth while retrieving attachments in multi-step
  processing.
  

Local fix

• 1. Change the attachment processing mode of the service from
  Allow to Unprocessed.
  
  2. Change the response/request type to pass-thru
  

Problem summary

• Affected are all users of the WS Proxy service, with a WSPolicy
  enabled, using it to process messages with attachments. Affected
  are also users of other services processing messages
  with attachments using Processing Policy with called (general)
  rules containing Results actions.
  
  In the conditions described above, the appliance is exposed to a
  risk of memory usage growth, potentially resulting in an
  out-of-memory situation.
