IC85870: WINDOWS OS UPGRADE FROM 32 TO 64 BIT CAN CAUSE TSM VOLUMES IN A COLLOCATED SEQUENTIAL STORAGE POOL TO BE LEFT IN FILLING STATE

Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager Server for Windows versions 6.x
  may leave volumes in a FILLING state for collocated sequential
  storage pools after an upgrade from a 32 bit Windows to
  a 64 bit Windows environment.
  These volumes will not be used anymore for write operations
  - new  scratch volumes will be used instead.
