• When trying to open a public folder EDB file, Tivoli Storage
  Manager FastBack for Microsoft Exchange might report following
  message and fail to open the EDB file:
  "System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range.
  Must be non-negative and less than the
  size of the collection."
