Error description

• Client Concerns/Problem:
  With Pcom 6.0.5 (Enghish, German, French language ...), several
  keys are returning incorrect characters.
  .
  For example : With Pcom 6.0.5 (French version), a lot of keys
  are returning incorrect characters :
  q returns a
  m returns ;
  , returns m
  ; returns ,
  1 returns !
  2 returns @
  

Local fix

• Workaround : Downgrade to a previous version of Pcom (e.g :
  6.0.4) solves the problem.

• PCSKDB.DLL has been changed to correctly interpret keystokes
