IC85591: FASTBACK MANAGER FAILS TO UPGRADE WHEN UPGRADED WITH ANOTHER COMPONENT

Error description

  • In some cases after an upgrade to version 6.1.6, the FastBack
    Manager log-in screens shows  it still running on the old
    version and a pop up will be displayed stating there is a
    version mismatch.
    As a result, the Manager will shut down and not allow logging in
    to the system.
    
    Server activity will not be affected and will  run correctly in
    the background
    

Local fix

  • Remove the fastBack Manager Installation path and try a new
    fresh install of the FastBack Manager
