IC85588: DB2LOOK OUTPUT IN V97 IS MISSING OUTBOUND CORRELATOR MAPPINGS FOR SYSTEM DEFAULT SERVICE CLASSES

APAR status

• Closed as duplicate of another APAR.

Error description

• In v95, the db2look output includes the outbound correlator
  mapping DDL for system default service classes, e.g.
  
  ALTER SERVICE CLASS SysDefaultSystemClass OUTBOUND CORRELATOR
  '_db2DefaultSystem';
  
  
  In v97, such DDL would be missing from the db2look output.
  

Local fix

• Run the following query to get a list of system default service
  classes and their outbound correlators,
  
       db2 "SELECT substr(serviceclassname,1,25)
  serviceclassname,outboundcorrelator FROM SYSCAT.SERVICECLASSES"
  
  then manually insert them into "ALTER SERVICE CLASS
  <serviceclass> OUTBOUND CORRELATOR <correlator>" statements.
