Closed as program error.
If an internal error occurs in the operating system of DataPower appliance, the device does not restart immediately. It remains in an inactive state for approximately 20 minutes, until it is restarted by the hardware watchdog.
On some types of internal errors, the appliance took 20 minutes to restart and was unresponsive during that time. The delay is removed now.
