• If the cursor is inside a Dojo input field the function keys
  do not work.
  Example: If you press F3 to exit
  nothing happens.

Problem conclusion

• HATS lxgwfunctions.js code was changed to take care of
  monocase conversion in case of dojotext box for IE.
