Error description

  • Content of Low Battery alert is incorrectly formatted.  This
    prevents the event from getting processed correctly and it's not
    sent to the AVC console.

Problem summary

  • Content of Low Battery alert is incorrectly formatted.  This
    prevents the event from getting processed correctly and it's
    not sent to the AVC console.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The issue is solved by applying some changes to
    batteryalertfix2.xm batteryLevelLowAlert action connector
    properties were misconfigured to have a format of HTML form
    rather than Connector Packet.
    
    The changes done to the file will be published to user through a
    Technote
