In environments that experience high Active Directory latency, you may encounter problems trying to open an Exchange 2003 EDB file. After opening the EDB file, none of the mailboxes are listed in the User Interface, and the bottom status bar will display "0 mailboxes". Additional Keywords: FBE; RSG; Exchange; fails;
