Error description

• Although probes on all Storage subsystem devices ran successfull
  the Volume Data of the subsystem is available in TPC but
  VolumetoHBA Assignments gets lost.

  *                      inaccurate report Volume to HBA         *
  *                      Assignment or some vdisk in the         *
  *                      topology viewer appear as unassigned    *
  *                      even if they are assigned.              *
