IC82894: AS2 OUTBOUND COMMUNICATION FAILS AFTER CA CERTIFICATES ARE REMOVED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• AS2 outbound communication fails for a trading partner
  that points to a removed CA certificate.
  The AS2SendAndProcessSyncMDN business process fails with an
  error in the HTTP Begin Session Service which indicates
  a mandatory parameter for the service is missing.
  The Service Status report contains the message:
  SSL authentication is required, CA Certificate ID is undefined
  in WFC and TP profile contains empty CA System certificate.

  Circumvention: A possible work around is to edit the AS2
  Partner Profile and save the CA certificates making no changes.
