Error description

• When a user executes a stored procedure whose name starts with
  st_ or se_, the spatial datablade is registered in this
  database.
  
  This happens only when
  - the dbScheduler is active
  - an "autoreg" task exists and is enabled
  - "execute procedure" is called (not with execute function)
  
  Message in online.log
