Error description

• Port Alert Message shows P1-C1-T0 since version 4.2
  
  Example:
  ALR0605W: The Port Receive Utilization Percentage of port
  xxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxx-P1-C1-T0 in device DS210 was measured to be
  71.51%, which violated the defined warning-stress boundary value
  of 60%.
  
  But it should look like "R1-I3-C1-T0" which means: Rack 1,
  Interface 3, Card 1, Tile 0
