Error description

• Root cause have been identified as a Deadlock Exception while
  processing post probe data.
  Overlapping database activities for some TPC specific tables
  causes deadlock scenarios.
  
  Device logs show:

  RECREATE STEPS:
  1)   Intall TPC 4.2.1.174.
  2)   Run ovelapping DS8K probes.
  

Local fix

• Schedule DS8K probes to run on its own without overlapping to
  avoid database deadlocks.
