Error description

• When using a Message Logger primitive a Null Pointer Exception
  will be thrown when a message is received to be logged that does
  not contain the SMO Header and Version information. This
  exception is not helpful in diagnosing the problem and makes no
  reference or mention to the missing headers. This prevents
  customer from correcting the issues. A more meaningful exception
  referencing the missing header will be thrown instead.

  Users of WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus v7 and Business
  Process Server v7 and v8 who use mediation flows.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The SMO Header section of the SMO is created when a new SMO is
  created. This can be removed by the user, such as in an XSL
  Transformation. If a SMO with no MessageUUID or Version is sent
  to a MessageLogger primitive or Trace primitive then a
  NullPointerException may be seen.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed such that the NullPointerException is
  avoided and instead an exception that shows the MessageUUID or
  Version are missing is thrown. These will need to be preserved
  by the user through any alteration to the SMO.
