Error description

• Problem with the  allowNumLockOnly field on HATS.  The behavior
  of content check is incorrect.
  If cursor is positioned in this field for the first time by TAB
  key, a function key will not be effective.
  3270 Numlock function does not restrict the string on the field.
  It restricts an input from keyboard or paste. So it should not
  delete the initial data of the field. But events other than
  focus erase those stings.

  will be filtered out and removed when the input field gains
  focus.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JavaScript code which does the validation of the data for
  DBCS numeric only fields was modified so that data is not
  removed when the field gains focus.
